  Jerry Regan has operated his firm, Jeremiah J. Regan Architect, on the notion that designs are made to be built.  That requires a lot more experience, time and understanding of the built world, but Jerry is committed to giving his clients a well-designed home that can and will be built; not just a home that remains a vision on paper.

As a principal architect, Jerry prefers to be in control of all the work himself with the assistance of a CAD operator.  In this way he is better able to offer a more personal approach to his list of clients.  His strong points are in listening to the needs, expectations and desires of his clients and then translating them to paper.  Never one to project his own tastes into a client's design, Jerry will certainly guide them when they desire more ideas on his end; still other clients are very particular and that suits Jerry just fine.  He has been told by many clients that they commissioned him because he "made them part of the design team."
